For over a decade, we've described our program as "Cleaning for Health, Safety and Security". What we mean, briefly, is as follows:
In Cleaning for Health, we use Greenguard's certified systemto improve client Indoor Air Quality and remove allergens via HEPA vacuums on carpet and tile, microfiber dust wipes, and microfiber damp mops - and we measure, and report to our client, Indoor Air Quality, ongoing. We also emphasize systems to minimize cross contamination of surfaces throughout the workplace.
In Cleaning for Safety, we feature Green Seal certified cleaning chemicals to assure client safety and minimize negative environmental impact, via non-slip floor finishes and Johnson Wax's Hydrogen Peroxide cleaner/germicide to limit pathogens on "touch points" throughout the facility. We thoroughly train and monitor our crews in OSHA mandates and chemical safety, recycling, and water conservation.
In
Cleaning for Security, we thoroughly
background and integrity test all our applicants, provide key, entry card and alarm system security, continually update security information and logs, and carry full insurance and bonding. We're in this for the long haul - besides professional and environmental associations, our Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce (we provide
janitor service in Phoenix AZ) and Better Business Bureau memberships date to 1975. The BBB rates us A+, their highest rating (and we're pre-committed to binding BBB arbitration).
Finally, through our membership in the U S Green Building Council, we can assist in LEED certification; we're long time advocates of minimizing environmental impact.
A bit about us:
My firm, CBN Building Maintenance, provides commercial cleaning services in Phoenix AZ and the wider metro area. We've been in business since 1974; hold the BBB's A-plus rating; and have long been in the forefront of the industry in environmentally sensitive cleaning for health, safety and security. Our program can generally improve Indoor Air Quality, in the size range of most allergens, by a factor of 50%, as reflected in our ongoing IAQ sampling.
What's up, after reading this amazing piece of writing i am as well happy to share my know-how here with mates.
