It may seem a minor point, but many areas of high dusting that, when neglected, accumulate a lot of dust - vents, high sills, tops of high pictures - spread a lot of dust around the office when they finally are dusted, because most folks still use either a feather duster or lamb's wool tool, which tend to spread the particles around, not capture them.
Most backpack vacuums come equipped with a small brush that fits on the end of the wand; it generally removes more dust the the feather duster would, and captures it. Add a HEPA filter to the vacuum and you remove all the dust from the building, rather than simply redistribute it.
Given the dusty desert that we live an work in (we're in janitorial service in Phoenix AZ) we figure that anything we can do to benefit a client's indoor air quality, and improve the health of his employees, is all to the good.
A bit about us:

We've been in business since 1974; hold the BBB's A-plus rating; and have long been in the forefront of the industry in environmentally sensitive cleaning for health, safety and security. Our program can generally improve Indoor Air Quality, in the size range of most allergens, by a factor of 50%, as reflected in our ongoing IAQ sampling.
